Hazardous? weather statement from NOAA

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY. A SERIES OF
PACIFIC STORMS WILL BRING INCREASING WINDS...COOLER
TEMPERATURES...AND CHANCES FOR VALLEY RAIN AND MOUNTAIN SNOW
AREAWIDE THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

Well everyone, this should bring red flag warnings, which can be a good thing if the wind stays below 25mph. Keep your fingers crossed.

Even though this is a proven regatta venue, it is a little like the first day of school for us. There is a good loop at Crazy Horse that leads down to the beach and back up around, so we can form a line if a lot of sailors appear in the same time frame. Patience will be the order of the day if this happens. Please share beach-wheels if you can and help out. Also, there are a lot of snowbirds camping close to the beach and will be spectating. Some of them are handicapped, so please give them right of way. A small bar has been set up by the snowbirds at the beach. If you BYOB, then they have said that we can hang out, so enjoy. It's not a real bar. I'm going to see about getting a shuttle to the yacht club for Friday night, so that those that don't have a vehicle can get to and from with relative ease.
